They do this by living their values to create an innovative entertainment brand, trailblazing products and best-in-class platforms that deliver great experiences to customers.About the role: We are looking for a full time Talent (Influencer) Executive to join our Marketing team to manage and support new talent commencing work with our client. Reporting into the Senior Talent Manager, you will work across the whole talent/influencer management process covering onboarding, scheduling, compliance, invoicing, travel, and deliverables management.Responsibilities include:Manage and maintain schedules for talent, ensuring availability is up to date in a centralised calendar and business needs are metFulfill influencer compliance onboarding processes to ensure all relevant regulations are adhered toManage invoicing processes, processing expenses and liaise with finance teamSupport in assisting talent/influencers to coordinate travelAssist the team in identifying relevant and appropriate talent for social content and showsCompile comprehensive tracking and management of deliverables listed within each talent’s contractSkills and Experience:1-2 years of experience in a talent/influencer management, marketing, or communications roleExperience within an influencer agency or within the entertainment, media, sport or related industry is desirableExcellent organisational and project management skillsAbility to handle multiple priorities and deadlinesExceptional communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external teamsHigh attention to detail, with a focus on compliance, accuracy, and efficiency.How do your skills match this job?Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have as a Talent Executive?What's your expected annual base salary?How much notice are you required to give your current employer?
