Salary: PSCSSA, Level 7, $134,481 - $143,736 per annum

As the Manager Bushfire Accreditation Framework, you are responsible for the management of a contemporary and fit for purpose WA Bushfire Accreditation Framework aligned to the broader State bushfire policy framework and government agenda. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring all accrediting bodies operate within framework requirements and build effective relationships with Government agencies, local government, industry and community on related matters.
This is a permanent full time position. This process may be used to fill future similar permanent or fixed-term positions that may arise within the Department and across the WA public sector in the next 12 months from the initial date of appointment.
To be successful for this position, you need to demonstrate:
* Demonstrated experience leading the interpretation, review, development, evaluation and/or implementation of standards, complex policy or legislation and the provision of advice on these matters.
* Demonstrated conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills with the capacity to develop new and improved policies and procedures and evaluate service delivery.
* Ability to develop and promote an overall vision for Bushfire Accreditation and the WA bushfire consulting industry in line with government, stakeholder and broader community value.
* Demonstrate the behaviours within the leadership context of Leading Others as outlined below.
