The Role: We are seeking an experienced Company Accountant to join our finance team in Kembla Grange.
Reporting to the Financial Accountant, with significant contact with the Chief Financial Officer and Finance Manager, you will play a key role in general accounting, financial reporting, and compliance, ensuring the financial health and operational success of SOILCO.

Responsibilities: Manage general accounting functions, including accounts payable and reconciliationsPrepare management and cashflow reportsSupport budgeting, forecasting, and financial planningEnsure compliance with financial regulations, tax obligations, and company policiesAssist in internal and external audits by providing financial data and analysisIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiencyCollaborate with key stakeholders to provide financial insights and recommendationsWE ARE SEARCHING FOR A CANDIDATE WITH THE FOLLOWING ATTRIBUTES: CPA/CA part-qualified or newly qualifiedStrong understanding of accounting principles and financial reportingProficiency in accounting software and financial systemsExcellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skillsStrong communication skills and ability to work within a teamAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectivelyExperience in Private Equity (PE) backed or industrial business would be an advantagePosition will be available to commence immediately.
