Supporting the team in briefing campaigns to achieve client objectives Complete post campaign reporting with insights and recommendations Be the internal and external point of contact for campaign delivery Support the team with StoreTrack data input, task creation, campaign analysis, quality assurance and establish methods of best practice Deep dive into data collected by field teams to extract trends and problem solve for clients. Use ‘outside the box’ thinking to contribute to better ways of working and continual process improvement. About You: Intermediate MS Excel skills is a must (experience with V-lookups/pivot tables is essential) You will have excellent time management, prioritisation, and organisational skills and enjoy attention to detail You have the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Confident and enthusiastic with data and projects You are curious and have a desire to understand the varying challenges and goals across a range of FMCG clients Demonstrated FMCG experience working in a client facing and administrative role – beneficial but not essential What’s in it for you?
