As a Clinical Nurse in the Primary Care team at Acacia Prison, you'll provide clinical assessment and intervention strategies for a diverse inmate population. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care, support rehabilitation, and ensure a safe and secure environment. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Wooroloo, WA.
As a Clinical Nurse, you'll make a positive impact by:
Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments and interventions Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to plan and implement patient care Acting as a role model in providing holistic care Providing training and education to staff on clinical practices Managing clinical documentation and patient care plans Supporting the rehabilitation and reintegration of inmates Serco is a place for you

To be successful in this role you'll have:
A valid registration as a Division 1 Registered Nurse with AHPRA Experience in clinical assessment, care planning, and discharge planning Strong communication and teamwork skills The ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment A commitment to ongoing professional development Experience working in a forensic or correctional environment (desirable) You do not need to match every listed expectation to apply for this position.
