Job Description
Reporting to the Regional Sales Director – Customer Sales Executive Team, the Customer Sales Executive, Australia (Western Australia) will be a dynamic individual who is knowledgeable and passionate about security solutions and is highly customer-focused and efficient. The successful candidate will focus their energies on creating demand with the End User community.

Experience and Skills
Essential:
1. 4+ years of video security solutions sales experience
2. 3+ years of customer-interfacing experience, preferably end users
It will also be beneficial (not mandatory) if you have:
3. Physical security solutions experience is an asset
4. Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills in both written and spoken English. An additional language will be a plus.

5. Strong technical acumen and ability to speak towards our products and solutions
6. Ability to accurately forecast revenue on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
7. Proven record of achievement in delivering sales results and developing collaborative relationships
8. Strong understanding of our go-to-market strategy and sales philosophy is required
9. Hunter mentality with the motivation for creating new customers/ sales
10. Time management skills are required, and candidates must have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex, fast-paced environment
11. Proven funnel development through aggressive prospecting
12. Exceptional presentation skills required
13. Strong computer skills with the ability to learn and demonstrate new software at a high level
14. Ability to travel weekly to territory (~25% of territory travel)
15. Having an established client base in the assigned territory is a plus
16. Candidates must be based in Australia. This travel will be within the territory; however occasional air travel and international travel will be required.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
17. Successful applicants will be required to pass a police security clearance
18. Ability to travel on regular basis, often on short notice
