Period of Appointment
Appointment to the role is on a fixed term flexible (up to 73.5 hours per fortnight) basis for three years.
Duties
1. Respond to and resolve customer issues (via State Growth website, email, and phone enquiries) in a timely manner – including email responses and noting on information management system.
2. Provide high level administrative support to the Manager Maintenance Services and other members of the Maintenance Services Team, including the preparation of correspondence and other documentation.
3. Check a range of documents and systems for accuracy and completeness including damage claims, contractor reports, and financial information.
4. Assist Road Network Supervisors to audit Maintenance Contractor activities to ensure that services are delivered to contract requirements.
5. Prepare database reports and format documents to appropriate standards.
6. Undertake testing of new and existing systems and applications with a focus on quality.
7. Assess works and provide support to members of the Maintenance Services Team in completing tasks in the field as required.
Desirable Requirements
8. Current driver’s licence.
