Role Overview:
Reporting to the National Segment Manager, this role will be responsible for managing key accounts within the Truck, Trailer and Body Builder Segment. You will drive growth with current established successful client base. Maintaining relationships with key decision makers, influencers, detractors, and executive staff across the segment to an exceptional level is a must as you balance the needs of the business with the key needs of the customer.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead point of contact for key customer account management in allocated segment and region.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Ensure timely delivery of solutions according to customer needs.
* Communicate progress of initiatives to internal stakeholders.
Skills and Attributes:
* Experience in the Truck, Trailer and Body Builder Industry (requirement).
* Proven experience in relevant roles within the Australian industry.
* Ability to effectively communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Success in business development and new product implementations.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, CRM software proficiency, and decision-making ability.
