With a focus on in-person and digital tools, including Learning Management System (LMS) utilisation, you'll lead efforts to enhance compliance, cultivate continuous professional growth, and foster a positive learning culture.The position includes, but is not limited to:Design and deliver engaging clinical education programs, in partnership with People and Culture.Contribute to the annual organizational training plan (clinical)Drive compliance by aligning training with Aged Care Quality Standards and conducting audits.Mentor clinical staff, nurturing a culture of continuous learning.Measure training success through KPIs and data-driven insights, presenting outcomes to leadership.Generating reports on compliance, attendance, and competency assessments.Travel across facilities as needed to support the teams.Essential skills and attributes (selection criteria):Registered Nurse with current National Practicing RegistrationDemonstrated ability to develop, implement and deliver effective clinical education programs.Proficiency in LMS tools and digital learning platforms.Expertise in compliance standards, competency assessment, and audit processes.Experience developing management training reportsExperience with online LMS systemsStrong organisational and time management skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to undertake work independentlyLeadership and mentorship skills to foster professional growth.A Cert IV Training & assessment or similar qualification is desirable.Benefits & CultureWe value our team and the wonderful work they do.
