The Role Due to rapid expansion and as the business is growing year on year, the current incumbent has been promoted, and now the business is now searching for an experienced and dedicated Customer service Coordinator to assist the dynamic sales team. As one of four in the team, you will monitor, track and action the customer service email inbox where you will enjoy actioning, making decisions and assisting customers gain the outcome they are seeking. You are organised, and able meet deadlines, no day will be the same. Time is what you are chasing, yet still ensuring customers have a wonderful experience with your fast personable email responses and follow through. You will enjoy getting to know everyone, by extensive interaction and coordination, with internal and external stakeholders, you are the first point of contact for customers with a query, prioritising and escalating using your judgement Monitor and screen shared email inbox Check information via calls, and record data on an inhouse system Responding to customers via set templates Working closely with the warehouse team daily Champion live projects & orders, you will ensure timely completion of orders received via email Tracking orders online Cross checking orders to ensure stock is available Liaising with the warehouse Regular communication with customers is paramount in this role, you will be an empathetic, yet positive and effective listener, drawing on your ability to work within required timeframes to provide accurate information as required. The Essential Able to be accurate e in often a pressured customer situation. 6 months in an office customer service, or administration role Have strong administrative skills Able to be multi-skilled in a role, where no day is the same Proven written and verbal communication.
