About the Role
As a Customer Support Officer, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional administration and customer service support to our Coal Services Health business unit.
Based in our Woonona office with onsite parking, your primary responsibility will be to manage a busy reception area, dealing with customers from all our business units.
You will be the first point of contact for customers and/or clients, addressing incoming emails, maintaining accurate information, and managing files.

About You
We are looking for an individual with:
* A strong educational background, including HSC or TAFE equivalent
* Cert III in Business Administration (desirable)
* Previous administration experience, preferably in a reception area
* Experience in a medical practice or scheduling and appointment allocation (desirable)
You should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a focus on customer service excellence.
