ABOUT THE ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity for a Leasing Administrator to join our property team on a 12 month contract. You will enable our vision by driving business growth and profitability through managing the administration of the lease life-cycle for store portfolios, in a commercial and compliant way. This role will require you to analyse reports, complete live reconciliations making informed decisions and recommendations on a global scale for The Cotton On Group. We will look to you to maintain data integrity standards and document compliance by keeping accurate records using centralised systems. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to remain flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment whilst meeting tight deadlines
Previous experience in an accounts payable role is advantageous
Ability to manage internal and external stakeholder relationships to drive commercial outcomes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Ability to read and process leases for our AUS/NZ stores
Exposure within a law firm or real estate agency is highly regarded
Experience analysing reports to make informed decisions
