We deliver a range of areas from leading and supporting the company through to the build or adoption of new technology, to protecting against risk, and delivering valuable data insights that transform our technology capabilities, blending technical skills and strategy to advise our internal functions and teams with spectacular results. We’re looking for a leader to take our team to the next level, as we establish policies and procedures to manage technology risks and issues to ensure compliance with obligations and regulatory requirements within our vast community of solvers.

As an expert in IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL), you’ll lead a team by overseeing the Technology governance function, ensuring that all technology has been appropriately reviewed and approved in line with regulatory and firm related obligations. In our Tech Hub team, you’ll also:
Develop and implement governance strategies and processes across a number of technology areas, and ensure that any outstanding technology risks and issues have been assessed and documented by the risk function.
Develop and maintain IT governance frameworks, policies and procedures.
Ensure that the governance framework supports effective decision making and accountability.
Ensure that the governance framework is fit for purpose.
Establish and monitor KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of technology governance.
Use data and insights to drive continuous improvement activities.
Provide governance-related training and support.
Escalate / Resolve governance issues with Tech Hub Leadership.
Drive results and support growth within the Technology Governance Team.
Critical Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements.
Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, internal teams and global teams.
A seasoned professional who is able to drive and provide guidance and direction vertically and horizontally leveraging their technical knowledge and experience.
Able to solve complex business / firm problems sometimes with little/no guidance or precedence.
A seasoned TL responsible for leading and delivering results and providing strategic direction to a Business function.
Typical team size of 10-30+ people.
