Key Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support, including documentation, correspondence, and record-keeping. Assist tenants with inquiries, lease agreements, and other administrative needs. Help manage invoicing, billing, and budget tracking to ensure accuracy. Oversee office supplies, equipment maintenance, and coordination of meetings or events. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and assist with reporting and audits. Provide administrative support to management and various departments, ensuring smooth communication and operations.
