Location: Sydney or Melbourne based with hybrid work arrangements.How will I help?Reporting to the Head of Performance & Recognition, this role will play a critical role in driving and embedding RPA transformation initiatives and policies across the Group. The role is responsible for developing and implementing effective change management strategies that deliver intended benefits and positive behaviour change across the Group.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement comprehensive change management strategies for RPA initiatives and policies/framework updates.Assess the impact of RPA changes on stakeholders and develop appropriate engagement plans.Identify key stakeholders across various levels of the organization and create a framework for engagement.Facilitate workshops, meetings, and communications to ensure alignment and gather feedback.Develop and execute communication plans to effectively embed RPA initiatives.Craft clear, compelling messages that address the rationale, benefits, and impacts of changes.Collaborate with training teams to design and deliver training programs that equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed for change.Provide ongoing support and resources to help employees adapt to new RPA processes, frameworks, and systems.Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of RPA initiatives.Provide regular updates to RPA LT on progress, challenges, and outcomes.What do I need?You will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, change-based HR environment, where no one day or week is the same! With 5+ years’ experience in change management, culture specialist, human resources or a related field within financial services, you will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Proven experience in project management, delivering organisational change programs that improve employee experience, efficiency and/or risk and compliance outcomes will be required.
