Help us help others to improve their access, development, independence, and overall health and wellbeing, and function.Job DescriptionAs the AAA Psychology team is rapidly growing, we are seeking a dedicated Part Time - Provisional Psychologist to enter our supportive, respectful and professional workplace within the NDIS space.You will be working within a passionate multi-disciplinary team, which includes Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Behaviour Support Practitioners, and Exercise Physiologists.Full-Time and Part-time (min. 3 days) positions are available. At AAA, the Provisional Psychologist's primary role is to support NDIS participants in line with AHPRA and NDIS regulations and client goals.Responsibilities will include: Provide high quality therapeutic evidenced-based and client-centred interventions in a professional, confidential and culturally safe manner.Undertake comprehensive assessments (using clinical observations and standardised assessments) and interpret findings to formulate treatment goals.Be responsible for supporting and managing your case load.Support Participants and other stakeholders to develop and review support plans.Collaborate with other Health Professionals and key stakeholders regarding client's care.Complete case notes, reports and other correspondence in line with required standards, relevant legislative requirements and ethical guidelines.Attend monthly team meetings and team-led in-services.Engage in weekly internal supervision with the Team Leader.Benefits to you: Flexibility – Starting from 20 hours/week (minimum 3 days) to full time, you can select the hours and days that work best for you as an individual.Excellent remuneration – Industry leading salary + annual car allowance + laptop + smartphone + Performance with Purpose Reward and Recognition Program + salary packaging options.Work-life balance – Combine the convenience of working from home with the social interaction of working in the community and support of office and clinic hours.
