Our client is a privately-owned consortium of leading institutional investors managing various Infrastructure and Logistics sites. The Lease Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day management of administrative tasks associated with the Property team. They are responsible for the management of lease agreements, including ensuring compliance with regulations, standards and the lease obligations, coordinating and tracking payments and renewals, maintaining accurate records and providing reports on lease administration activity. Specific responsibilities include: Manage the Yardi Property Management System work order function. This includes ensuring all critical dates for each lease are recorded in the Yardi register accurately, any amendments are updated in Yardi and work orders are closed out promptly. Manage the Tenant Lease compliance requirements and reporting system and implement process improvements where applicable Support the Property Team to ensure all property and lease information is up to date and recorded accurately. Support the Senior Property Managers with new lease and lease amendment summary processes required for audit purposes. Directly engage with tenants regarding updating insurance certificate of currencies. Monitor the team's performance against targets. Assist in the management of tenant arrears, including review of relevant lease clauses to confirm payment terms. Position Requirements: 3+ years' experience in commercial/industrial real estate lease administration. Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline. Proficient in using Property Management Systems – Yardi favorable. Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders. Knowledge of NSW statutory and regulatory requirements relating to property and lease management as well as relevant Consumer and Competition legislation.
