Group Chef (All venues)Tillbrook Melaleuka Group (TMG) is a WA owned & operated hospitality business, with 7 unique kitchens operating in Western Australia. At the heart of the business is Melaleuka Farm (in North Dandalup) which produces quality beef for all our venues.You will be working across all 7 locations from our venues in Albany to Alkimos covering leave and providing support to the Executive Group Chef and teams on site. The Group Chef (All venues) position will be a key role for the Group.What The Role Is About Support the Head and Sous Chef in the day-to-day operation;Supervise junior kitchen staff and ensure a smooth service;Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety and compliance internally and with health regulations;Manage stock levels and assist with ordering ingredients from suppliers;Able to work multiple sections and flexibility with hours;Maintain consistency in food preparation and presentation standards across all locations;Ability to have a flexible roster and are able to travel to other venues;What We Are Looking ForAble to travel and have a flexible roster; you will be working across 7 kitchens potentially.Proven experience as Sous Chef or in a similar leadership role;Strong culinary skills with a creative flair and a passion for innovation;Leading by example, contributing to the daily operation of the kitchen;Have the ability to get your hands dirty and willing to help out with whatever is required;Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills;Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage time wisely;Knowledge of current food trends, dietary requirements, and culinary techniques;Food Safety Supervisor certification and compliance with health and safety regulations;If this sounds like the career for you, APPLY NOW or email your resume and a little about yourself to:
