About the role
As a General Hand with Activ's Property Care team in Busselton, you will work alongside a crew of people living with disability, in completing gardening, grounds maintenance, landscaping and site clean-ups for commercial customers.
Based from our Busselton hub, this position will work across a variety of locations in the Lower South West. This is a permanent full time position working Monday to Friday, 7:24am-3:30pm and pays $24.10 per hour (approx. $47,700 equivalent).
Duties include:
* Working alongside supported employees in completing gardening and grounds work.
* Safe operation and maintenance of tools and equipment.
* Taking a proactive role in the safety of yourself and others.
* Maintaining documents such as timesheets and work orders.
What you need:
* Great attitude towards working with people living with disability.
* Happy to work in the great outdoors doing physically demanding work.
* Someone who communicates well, has a strong work ethic and attention to detail
* Handy with tools, gardening or trade background beneficial, but not essential.
* Current valid drivers licence - LR license highly regarded (minimum of Green P's).
