Your new opportunity: Our Off Highway team based in Hazelmere is growing - we are therefore seeking a Permanent Full-time Electrical Technician. This unique and highly specialised position involves supporting the Service Team and providing proactive customer service whilst liaising directly with our customers. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Attend, diagnose, repair commission or install control systems for Diesel, Gas engines across multiple applications with particular focus on Power Generation and Marine Propulsion including break downs on critical services such as hospitals and data centres. Enhance the customer experience and value offered within all aspects of Electrical Field Service. Work closely with Project Manager and Electrical Supervisor to deliver successful new Power Generation install projects. Diagnose and repair electronic engine management systems/ electronic systems and components Co-ordinate electrical / electronic installations as required including direction of Sub-contractors. Undertake and perform appropriate pre-delivery tests and inspections where required to ensure client satisfaction. Utilise production information publications and technical data to maximum advantage. Provide support to the complete Service/Sales and Project teams. Qualifications and experience: WA Electrical Worker's Licence trade qualification. Sound knowledge of electrical diagnostic fault finding and modifications. Experience across Power Generation and Marine Propulsion applications Demonstrated ability with regard to planning, organising and time management skills. Demonstrate prior experience working with and commissioning diesel engine control systems. Prepared to undertake site-based travel as reasonably required. Related and Demonstrated industry experience.
