As a Guest Room Attendant you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable stay from the moment they step into their room. This position is a physically demanding role with tight time constraints and requires a high level of attention to detail, however, is very rewarding with a great sense of accomplishment at the end of the day This is a fantastic opportunity where you will showcase how we take good care of our guests throughout their stay. A few of your responsibilities: Meticulously cleaning and refreshing guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, adhering to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation Demonstrating attention to detail by arranging and replenishing guest room amenities, such as towels, linens, and toiletries Maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere by ensuring rooms are inviting, well-stocked, and meet the expectations of our discerning guests Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure and comfortable environment for guests and team members alike What are we looking for: Flexible availability across a 7 day roster Previous experience in hotel cleaning or heavy manual labour (highly desired) Good communication skills, with a positive and professional attitude Ability to work both solo and as part of large team Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques and methods (desired but not essential) About you: To thrive in this role, you should possess exceptional organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service.
