We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in NSW.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in B2B sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
You'll be responsible for the growth of the Billi brand through the management of core Plumbing Merchants Accounts.
You'll also develop and maintain existing and new Plumber/Trade relationships as well as Residential and Commercial Developers.
The territory will be the south side of Sydney Metro from Campbelltown area down to Nowra.
Responsibilities include:Conduct consistent and professional engagement and servicing of key existing clients through strategic relationship building.Source, qualify & secure new business opportunities.Maintain a high level of activity in the field.Effectively manage all leads and opportunities within defined disciplines to ensure optimum sales results are achieved.Maintain detailed and up-to-date client records to support sales & marketing activities.Engage with and support the Sales and After Sales teams.In-store training and influencing decision makers to ensure optimal sell-out opportunities via our merchant channel partners.Generate and execute call planning cycles and provide reporting and feedback to state manager.Conduct professional and highly engaging sales presentations.Key Skills and Experience:Must Haves:Sales and business experience.Experience dealing with Plumbing Merchants.Proven track record liaising with different departments, managing laterally, and collaborating for win-win outcomes.CRM proficiency - familiar with the basics of data input, management, and segmentation.Project management experience.Leadership and management ability - willing and able to adapt to various personality types.Enjoys a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.Desirable:Experience dealing with Plumbers.Experience dealing with Builders and Developers.Significant B2B and F2F sales experience.If you believe in a culture of the best idea wins out, everyone is equal, performance accountability, iteration, and continuous improvement, Billi is the place for you.
