Description Senior Change Manager Location: Sydney 24-month Fixed Term Contract Hybrid working model How will I help? Lead the execution and integration of change across the Private Wealth Line of Business (LOB) to create a market-leading experience for both employees and clients. Manage the representation and resourcing of the Line of Business (LOB) on enterprise change projects. This involves ensuring appropriate allocation of resources, coordinating with stakeholders, and aligning LOB objectives with broader enterprise goals to facilitate successful project outcomes. Key Accountabilities: Adherence to Group Change Management Frameworks Private Wealth learning and development framework Prioritization of change delivery into LOB including method/channel Change planning and execution for the Private Wealth LOB Change related LOB Communications LOB project representation roles register Ownership of Strategic Project delivery What’s in it for me?
