Fantastic opportunity for a HR Business Partner, or a HR Manager to join a small, supportive team in a dynamic and well-known food manufacturing business.
About the Role
* Reporting into the HR Director, the HR Manager will form part of the operational leadership and senior leadership team.
* Acting as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, providing coaching and advice on all people-related matters.
* Leading HR cyclical activities, such as performance reviews, talent management, and engagement initiatives.
* Collaborating with leaders, including the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), to design high-performing teams, enhance communication and engagement, and promote employee wellbeing.
* Overseeing resourcing, employee relations, and organisational development strategies to support business growth and operational excellence.
* Design and deliver training programs to build leadership capabilities across the organisation.
* Deputising for the HR Director as required, ensuring continuity in leadership and decision-making.
About You
* Prior experience working within a similar HR Business Partner, or HR Manager role, preferably within the FMCG industry.
* Track record in managing ER issues, Awards, and EBAs in fast-paced, operational settings.
* Experience of building leadership capabilities from mid level leaders through to executive leaders.
* Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
* Excellent communication and project management capabilities.
* Strong stakeholder management skills wit the ability to effectively influence.
The Opportunity
This is a 12-month fixed term contract, offering a salary of circa $130,000 + Superannuation. The company is located in the SE Suburbs, Victoria.
