The Position We are currently looking for a motivated and highly experienced Regional Maintenance Manager to join our Delta FM team. This role is based across the Surat Basin camps - servicing mining villages in the Roma, QLD region. You will be responsible for a large team of tradespersons and specialised contractors and supported by a Maintenance Supervisor.
This role will suit someone with a proven ability to closely manage multiple operations in multiple locations or sites whilst being able to effectively report to senior management and partner with our client to maximise and deliver common business goals.
This is a FIFO position from Brisbane operating on a 2:1 roster working 10–12-hour days.
Responsibilities Provide leadership, management and operational support to the Delta FM maintenance teamEnsure site compliance with HSEQ policies and procedures to ensure a sustainable safety cultureEnsure compliance with asset and maintenance process, practices and or proceduresDevelop strategic client relationships, and identify additional growth opportunitiesDefine, implement and review the strategy for your sites, to increase efficiency and ensure that improvements maximise performance and customer satisfactionMaintain operational Emergency Response Team for airport dutiesHave a track record in scheduling / Planning complex work over multiple areas in a remote settingStrong focus on suitable and effective reportingQualifications Previous experience in management positions in facilities management and possess the ability to lead and mentor our diverse maintenance teamExperience or qualifications in project and asset or infrastructure management desirableStrong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels within the organisation, with a strong focus on team managementAbility to adapt quickly to existing and ongoing business needsEffective communicator and able to inform reportingConstruction White card (essential)Drivers licence (essential)National Police Clearance, dated within 12 monthsThe Benefits Paid parental leaveMultiple salary packaging options to make your dollar go furtherEasy access to 100+ retail discountsOpportunity to learn new skills and move to different internal rolesAbove award wagesA chance to join an ecologically and socially forward operationOur people's unique backgrounds, experiences, and abilities are at the heart of our vibrant workforce.
