This role involves exposure to all aspects of day-to-day running of the venue and a strong focus on driving morning trade.You: To be well equipped for success in the café, you'll need a few tricks up your sleeve...Have a valid QLD RSA and unrestricted Australian Work Rights.At least a year or two working in a cafe setting.Making consistently amazing coffees, cold beverages and small short order items.Skilled in latte art.Connecting with customers and providing positive memorable experience.Good banter and up for a challenge with your team mates.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Providing assistance across all areas of the venue.Able to work weekends and public holidays as required.Experience following health and safety policies and procedures, legislations and standardsWhat are the perks?
