Key role for business operating model design, implementation and embedment
How will I help?
You will join a dynamic and agile team to play a key role to monitor the business operating model designs, including implementation and embedding of the various frameworks to ensure the business alignment with the Operating Model and associated Frameworks. You will report to the Group Head of Operating Model Design and use your consulting and business engagement skills to work with a broad range of stakeholders including key Heads of HR, HR Business Partners and Chapter Leads to consult around design and business support. Using your extensive understanding and capability in Operating Models, including Workforce Design and diagnostic tools, you will manage the activities consistent with the Group strategy, policy and framework.
What do I need?
You will bring experience as a Workforce Design Specialist in a Consulting or Financial Services based role, including strategic redesign. With demonstrable experience across Job coaching of the HR Job Family to uplift understanding and capability in the Operating Model you will be experienced across Workforce Design and Orgvue usage and diagnostic tools.
