Role Type: 2 Part time positions available with a mixture of day, afternoon and active nights (Approx.
20 hrs per applicant plus opportunity to pick up more shifts)
About the Role The Clarendon Street Services comprises of three community-based houses established in 2007 in Clarendon Street, Thornbury and provide permanent accommodation across three houses and regular planned short term accommodation support in one house for people who are ventilator dependent.
Participants are funded by the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
Clarendon Street Services has 24/7 nursing on-site to support residents' medical needs.
The service also has a dedicated lifestyle and recreation support worker that is responsible for ensuring residents participate in enjoyable and meaningful activities at home and in the community.
Yooralla is now in an exciting phase of service improvement, as we work with residents and their families, staff and experts in Clarendon Services to enhance the service and support residents to live their best lives.
Positions within this service present an opportunity for motivated individuals to gain experience and develop a unique range of skills in the disability field.

About You: To be successful in this role, you will need:
