A vibrant Sales Coordinator is needed to support the Sales and Client Success teams. This role will be the glue that keeps everything running smoothly, collaborating closely with a talented team to ensure clients receive top-notch support!
INCLUDED IN WHAT YOU'LL DO:
1. Dive into products and become a knowledge powerhouse.
2. Be the friendly face for clients by monitoring and responding to their emails.
3. Tackle administrative tasks with flair, including creating spreadsheets.
4. Help the Sales team spot and qualify potential customers.
5. Execute outbound prospecting strategies to hit those sales goals!
6. Create quotes and assist with sales presentations that wow clients.
7. Support new client onboarding and report on sales activities.
8. Jump in with other tasks as needed—flexibility is key!
WHAT YOU NEED:
1. Previous experience in sales or customer service.
2. Top-notch communication skills and a knack for building great relationships.
3. Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating your way around a computer.
4. A quick learner who loves teamwork, brings a positive attitude, and isn’t afraid to take charge independently.
5. Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Confluence, MS Office Suite, and LinkedIn are a bonus!
