Facade Supervisor needed for multi-residential development in central Gold Coast

Your new role
As the Facade Supervisor, you will be responsible for directing and managing the activities of staff, sub-contractors, and consultants in relation to the external elements of the build. This includes:
* Procurement of materials and equipment
* Maintaining stock levels
* Maintain all necessary paperwork (eg: daily diaries)
* Communicate project performance and advise management on updates and concerns
* Implement OHSE & Quality plans, work procedures and SWMS
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you must have extensive experience as a Facade Supervisor or Foreman on commercial/multi-residential projects over $20 million. You will have:
* A trade qualification or equivalent experience, including in-depth knowledge of building/construction trades
* Ability to read technical construction drawings and an understanding of structures, steel, façade, building services, fit-out finishes, cranes etc.
* Ability to manage strict schedules and budgets
* Extensive experience in managing sub-contractors
* Software knowledge in Hammertech, Procore, MS Project, etc.
