The Role
This is a full-time, permanent position that requires delivering exceptional resident experiences by providing genuine customer service to our residents. You will be responsible for being the first point of contact for our residents and ensuring the efficient operation of reception.
Main Responsibilities
* Welcome every Resident to Ingenia Rentals, explaining the community, surrounding area, amenities, and activities.
* Conduct showings for vacant homes.
* Liaise with prospective tenants and advise on availability.
* Process tenancy applications.
* Organise exit cleans and other repairs as needed.
* Ensure seamless and efficient move-ins and move-outs, following correct procedures.
* Lock up facilities including but not limited to office, vacated rooms, common areas, and gates.
* Attend to matters including but not limited to noise complaints, community disturbance, washing tokens etc.
* Carry out routine walk-around and perimeter checks to ensure all residents and guests abide by site rules.
* Register any issues in terms of housekeeping, maintenance, office, common areas etc.
* Use computer programmes (Newbook, MS Office) to maintain databases in relation to guests and residents.
* Attend to general receptionist duties including answering calls and emails, filing, and any other duties assigned by management.
