Your Responsibilities:
You will focus on enabling accelerated change with our clients, helping them to bring change to life through key principles such as co-design and empowerment.
You will use engaging tools and techniques such as Design Thinking to support delivery of agile and sustainable change.
This will help our clients to transition to a future-ready organisation, reliant not only on deep and wide technology and process evolution, but also on a high level of engagement and motivation of everyone connected to the business including employees, senior leaders and customers.
Your Skills and Experience:
We are looking for an enthusiastic leader in the delivery of Change to join our Workforce & Organisation function.
You will have at least 10 years of working experience in consultancy firms.
You will have proven track records in Agile transformation, change management of organizations, in digital HR processes such as retaining people, reskilling staff, training, operating model and workforce transition.
You will have experience in leading change and business transformation within the emergency services sector and working with core systems that manage emergency services.
