About the role:
This is a diverse role with exposure to every facet of the business, you will be reporting to the Managing Director assisting with all Marketing and Executive Assistant duties, whilst having a your ideas heard and appreciated.
Duties:
* Oversee office operations and infrastructure - including hardware and software
* Streamline sales processes and systems
* Develop and deliver key projects for business as set out by Managing Director
* Maintain brand consistency and integrity
* Assist in executing business and marketing strategies
* Facilitate the hiring, induction, and training of new staff
* Provide PA support to the Managing Director
* Generate and manage some sales reporting as requested
* Ensure compliance with up to date protocols
* Support Managing Director with sales campaigns
* Develop and execute Marketing strategy
Skills & experience:
* Agents Representative
* Proficiency in outlook, office and console
* Highly organised with effective time management skills
* Integrity and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills
* Friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable in the industry
* Willingness to learn and adapt
