Holmesglen Institute invites you to apply for the role of Applied Research and Innovation Project Assistant.As the Applied Research and Innovation Project Assistant, you will play a vital role in the success of the Care Economy Applied Research and Innovation Program and related initiatives. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will assist with project coordination, document preparation, stakeholder communication, and maintaining research records.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with the planning and implementation of the applied research and innovation research project to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and timelines of the program.Prepare draft research documents, including protocols, ethics applications, progress reports, and presentations.Maintain accurate records of research activities and ensure data integrity and confidentiality.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to foster strong relationships.Organize and facilitate research project meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.Support event planning and execution for research initiatives.Provide regular updates to the Project Manager on project progress and issues.ABOUT YOUSkills: Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills, with high attention to detail.Experience: Demonstrated ability to assist with research projects and liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.Knowledge: Familiarity with research processes, including ethics applications, data management, and confidentiality requirements.Qualifications: A relevant degree with experience in research support or lesser formal qualifications with substantial relevant experience.ABOUT USHolmesglen is a leading education provider, valued by local and international learners, industry and the community.
