Responsibilities
:
1. Building trust with your client, and a collaborative partnership with all stakeholders.
2. Identifying the hurdles to return to work following illness or injury. We collaborate to problem solve, plan and achieve safe and sustainable recovery and return to work and independence.
3. Working in a multi-disciplinary team and sharing your expertise with others.
4. Senior Rehabilitation Consultants contribute to the continuing evolution of our services through our Centres of Excellence.
5. Work with claimants, employers, insurers and treating health parties toplete a rehabilitation assessment which identifies the primary barrier to recovery and develop a strategy to ovee the barriers to support safe and durable recovery.
Day-to-day this might include:
6. Conducting thorough assessments, including Vocational, Pre-Employment, Activities of Daily Living, Workplace and Ergonomic.
7. Case management and reporting.
8. Travel to clients, flexible work-from-home and office base.
