Job Title: National Key Account Manager
$90,000 – $120,000 per year + commission

Monitors work anywhere in the world using satellite networks or connect to local cellular networks if available.
Real-time alerts inform customers of water level trends, changes, and issues via SMS, email, and/or the Farmbot cloud dashboard.
Purpose of the Role
Build and nurture relationships with key corporate stakeholders, including CEOs, association leaders, business owners, and regional managers.
Your ability to understand their needs and deliver exceptional value will be pivotal in maintaining our reputation for excellence.
Engage deeply with senior decision-makers, forging lasting connections and securing high-value, long-term, repeatable sales.
Please note this is a remote opportunity, ideally based out of QLD/NT.
About You
* A well-presented, articulate communicator with outstanding negotiation and leadership skills.
* Proven sales ability including outstanding negotiation skills, persuasive ability, and excellent communication skills.
* A known network in the Australian cattle/sheep/ag industry.
* Strong client presentation delivery and demonstration skills.
* Ability to deal with clients at all levels and translate client needs.
* Proven account management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Key Responsibilities
* Represent the company as a brand ambassador at industry and client events.
* A hands-on, customer-facing role to establish productive and professional relationships with customers.
* Partner with senior staff to ensure customer needs are understood and expectations are aligned with delivery capacity.
* Present product development opportunities inspired by client feedback or market insights that could benefit multiple customers.
* Achieve monthly sales targets.
Desirable Experience and Skills
* Previous experience in managing large key accounts and winning new customers/projects in the agriculture industry.
* Strong industry knowledge, specifically within livestock.
