Our purpose: Life Unlimited.Perform the following administrative functions on behalf of the Company and in doing so represent the Company in compliance with the Code of Conduct and Business Principles and the employment agreement. Also operate within the region Operations Team Charter to build and develop a culture of Accountability and team building to provide unified outstanding customer service.What will you be doing?Pick, pack, check and receive all stock, including loan sets.Receive process & dispatch loan set/ kit returns and ensuring they are intact and in condition to be re-issued in a timely manner.Quality inspection of returned material/ equipment. Identify and confirm status of returned material/ equipment in SAP/ My Mediset to ensure ownership is transacted accurately.Assist with stock rotation of inventory and remove expired items where vital.Supervise all products by batch/lot number and serial number. All products must be individually tagged.Identify discrepancies in bookings, ensuring Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA) takes place on all occasions to minimise Company risk.Perform domestic & International shipping duties and ensure delivery information is communicated to relevant departments.Track loan sets at all times both dispatch and return to facilitate the quick turnaround of loan kits making stock available for the VIC Operations team in a timely fashion.Assist the customer service team with enquiries to ensure that bookings are processed accurately, with all stock being transacted via the tunnel to control movements and aid in the accurate billing of non-returned stock.In conjunction with other team members handle the daily running of the warehouse ensuring all bookings are completed in a timely manner in order to meet branch surgery dates and internal key metrics.General warehouse and other related duties as advised by the Regional Operations Manager as the need arises, forming a close working relationship with sales staff to ensure their needs are catered for on a case by case basis to ensure the best possible patient outcome.Maintain ISO 9001:2015 / ISO13485 environment, as required by the Quality responsibilities and authorities as defined by Quality Manual and associated procedures and work in accordance with strict health and safety guidelines and housekeeping.What will you need to be successful?Certificate in warehousing and distributionProven experience in a logistics or distribution environmentExperience in loan set operationsExperience working with contaminated materials.Exposure to the medical device industryUnderstanding of Hospital CSSD processKnowledge in SAP/ Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) processesTo apply, please ensure that you include a cover letter addressing it to Talent Acquisition Lead ANZ.
