Join the Otis family, where collaboration, innovation, and empowerment help each individual and the company reach new heights.About YouWe are currently looking for a Sales Representative to be based in our Hobart office to drive growth across our New Equipment, Modernisation, and Service portfolios.This is a unique opportunity to work with a global leader in vertical transportation, delivering innovative solutions and building lasting customer relationships.You are excited about proactively maintaining regular face-to-face contact with Otis Customers and ensuring that all selling activities, including prospecting, presenting, proposing, tendering, securing, and processing, meet the OTIS standards and customer requirements.Permanent/Full-Time roleReports to the Branch Manager (Tasmania)What We OfferCompetitive base salary and car allowanceQuarterly paid Sales incentiveAccess to funded study schemes such as our industry-leading Employee Scholarship ProgramA culture that encourages innovative ideas and appreciates our talent is the key to our success.As a Sales Representative, your key responsibilities are toAchieve Sales targets in accordance with the individual plan and defined submission activities.Provide daily, professional, value-based account management to key and national accounts within the New Equipment/ Modernization and Services portfolio and product proposals.Engage key stakeholders throughout the sales cycle, including Builders, Owners, Architects, Agents, and Consultants.Provide basis for increase in share of segment in residential, government, commercial, hotel and aged care associated with Otis services and product range.Help position the New Equipment, Modernisation & Service Sales business to meet unit and revenue plans for the year.Negotiate commercial terms, legal matters, customer commercial terms and promotional campaigns.Organize, prepare, and deliver Customer presentations promoting the features and benefits of Otis’s products and services, resulting in direct sales with new and existing customers.Act as a facilitator between the customers and the Operations team and assist with developing and implementing solutions to customers' vertical transport needs.Support the wider business requirements by identifying, actively introducing, and collaborating for sales success within the portfolio.What you will need to be successfulHave a minimum of 3 years work experience in Frontline Sales or Key Account Management.Those with experience in the Elevator and Escalator industry will be preferred.Ability to successfully execute in competitive tender situations and participate in strategic contract negotiations.Have strong business acumen and results-oriented abilities.Able to manage several accounts, be customer-focused, and anticipate client needs.
