The Video Producer will manage all aspects of video production, including pre-production planning, script development, budgeting, filming, editing, and post-production. A Team of 2-3 Editors will report into this role, and it will require excellent project management skills, technical expertise in video production, and a strong understanding of storytelling and visual aesthetics, all whilst mentoring and providing exceptional direction for the Team to produce a high standard and level of content.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute video content strategies aligned with business goals.Plan, script, and storyboard video projects, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.Capture high-quality video footage for various projects, ensuring visual excellence and adherence to project specifications and brand.Manage production schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery.Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external vendors, including directors, cinematographers, editors, and animators.Oversee filming, directing on-set, and ensuring high-quality production values.Supervise and be hands on for post-production processes, including editing, color correction, sound design, and motion graphics.Ensure videos are optimized for various platforms, including social media, websites, and broadcast.Stay updated on industry trends and emerging video production technologies.Handle legal and compliance aspects such as licensing, copyrights, and permissions.Maintain the in-house Studios, from their equipment to any scheduled recording requirements.Operate the Studios for all scheduled recordings.Operate and maintain video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear.Manage and organize video files, ensuring efficient storage and accessibility.Coordinate with clients, directors, and other team members to meet project deadlines and expectations.Conduct on and off location shoots and studio recordings as needed, adapting to different environments and challenges.Collaborate with Video Editor, Graphic Designers, Content Story Editor, Social Media Specialist and other professionals to integrate various elements into video projects.Requirements:Degree in Film Production, Media, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Proven experience as a Video Producer or in a similar role for 2+ years.Strong knowledge of video production equipment, lighting, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro).Excellent storytelling skills and a keen eye for visual composition.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Experience working with a creative team and external vendors.Knowledge of video marketing trends and social media best practices is a plus.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in live streaming and multi-camera productions.Familiarity with motion graphics and animation tools.Background in scriptwriting and storyboarding.This role is ideal for a highly motivated and resourceful individual who is passionate about creating compelling visual content that engages audiences.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionArt/Creative and OtherIndustriesOutsourcing and Offshoring Consulting
