You will be joining a collegiate and collaborative team and have the support of a national manager who has your and the division's best interests at heart. To be successful in this role you will have strong relationship skills and have a real interest in the neurosurgery portfolio.Key Responsibilities include:Develop and implement monthly, quarterly and yearly territory business plans for the product portfolioMake face to face sales calls with cliniciansLiaise with the National Sales Manager on a regular basis in relation to strategic sales objectives, including progress on planned sales meetings and specific outcomesEngage with core suppliers and conduct self-learning on a regular basis to ensure product knowledge is current and of a high standardConduct regular hospital in-services for products in the portfolioProvide clinical operating theatre support for product portfolio in NSW South, and occasionally in other territories, as necessaryConduct stocktakes of Life Healthcare products consigned at hospital locationsExperience required:Technical sales experience - proven record of sales success in the Medical Technology industry (neurosurgery device experience preferred but not essential)Strong capability and knowledge of sales techniques including articulating product value to the customerUnderstanding of the sales process, including navigating varying hospital purchasing processes & key stakeholders involvedKnowledge of both public & private healthcare systems and how they operateExcellent communication and presentation skills.Understanding of surgical techniques across the product portfolioProven record of being a dynamic and innovative member of a teamIf this sounds like something you want to be a part of, APPLY now for the opportunity to advance your career with a leading distributor, bringing world leading medical technology to patients in Australia and New Zealand.This position is for candidates who have the right to work in Australia.
