The Junior Office Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the smooth operation of the
office by performing administrative tasks, maintaining supplies, and supporting staff with
general office duties. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and
able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, and direct phone calls to appropriate team members.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they are directed to the correct personnel.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, conferences, and appointments.
- Update and maintain company databases and filing systems.
- Provide administrative support for various departments as required.
- Assist in basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and expense reports.
- Organize meeting rooms, including preparing necessary documents and devices.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office management
software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Work Environment:
This role is office-based, interacting with various departments and external
visitors.
