The Role You Could Play
Our Visual Merchandising team is critical in supporting all VM touchpoints so that they are seamlessly produced and executed across all MECCA store and concepts.
We are looking for a Visual Merchandise Coordinator – Print Production to join the team and ensure that our Visual Merchandising touchpoints are seamlessly executed across our existing and new MECCA stores and concepts.
Your day-today responsibilities include:
1. Support the creation of the VM Production timelines and communicate them internally within the Creative team including Marketing Operations to build into Campaign Planning
2. Create the monthly Promotional Campaign Allocations and supply to the VM Production Manager for production
3. Produce Monthly Core and new store allocations, as well as any ad hoc promotional and core allocations and manage the production process from initial brief to delivery into store
4. Support the production process to ensure all Promotional Campaigns, 3D activations meet the scheduled and final production deadlines and delivered to stores ahead of campaign launch
5. Assist the Promotional Campaign and Production Manager with proofing assets, copy and pricing as necessary from campaign summaries prior to FA rollout
6. Provide logistical support with the production, installation and dismantle of 3D windows and installation, as well manage the storage of 3D props
7. Support Promo launches, new Store set-ups and 3D installations with any required VM elements and hands-on participation if required
8. Seek, facilitate and maintain supplier relationships to realise industry best practices and to drive greater operational efficiencies and expenditure reduction

9. Minimum 3 years’ working in a similar role
10. Excellent customer service and communication skills
11. Outstanding organisational and planning skills with the ability to multi-task effectively, manage timelines and meet deadlines
12. Proven ability to work cross functionally and manage stakeholders’ expectations and take initiative
13. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office; in particular Power Point and Excel
14. Proficient in Adobe programs
15. A proactive approach to developing new ideas, improvements and solutions
16. Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
