We are looking for 360 Consultants who will add to our culture and vision whilst always having our core values (collaboration, customer success, innovation and quality) at heart. We're looking for experienced consultants to assist with Brightside's growth plans and have 2 desks available, both of which have been warmed up by our existing team. We encourage you to take ownership of your desk within the welfare sector and motivation for growth is a must About you: Besides the obvious knowledge and experience of running a 360 degree recruitment desk, I'm looking for a genuine passion to help make a difference in peoples lives, drive and determination to get the job done, passion, enthusiasm and a sales spark that could light up a room. Not asking for much, right?? All of our consultants do business development on a daily basis so BD skills & experience are essential. Proven track record of working towards and achieving KPIs and Targets. A genuine passion for the recruitment sector. Business development skills and experience to assist with Brightside's growth plans. Excellent communication skills. Proficient computer skills. Driving licence.
