Our role is to improve the health and wellbeing of our community which is one of the largest rural and regional populations in NSW.Our region stretches from Helensburgh in the north to the Victorian border in the south and inland to Cooma / Monaro, Queanbeyan, Yass and Goulburn.Role ResponsibilitiesYou will report to the CEO and be a key business partner, playing an important role in supporting them to achieve strategic objectives. This role will focus on providing sophisticated, executive level administrative support to the CEO and be responsible for the smooth operations of the CEO's office.Schedule a complex diary; organising meeting, travel and accommodation arrangements and liaising with a high volume and variety of internal and external stakeholders - prioritising time efficiently to support the CEO's objectives and strategic plans.Efficiently manage a busy inbox, managing correspondence and providing timely responses to enquiries - managing the flow of information with discretion and confidentiality.Arrange the Board and Committee schedule throughout the year, providing high level governance support; creation of agendas, reports, minuting and distribution as well as action item follow up (including travel/venue logistics if needed).Maintain effective and compliant records/filing systems when managing correspondence, documents and files in relation to the CEO and Board.Liaise and build effective relationships with key stakeholders - assisting with stakeholder management on behalf of the CEO and being an ambassador for the CEO's office internally and externally.About The Successful CandidateYou'll have a natural flair for stakeholder engagement, and relationship building (while being able to use your discretion to maintain boundaries and confidentiality as appropriate). You will also have exceptional organisational and time management skills and be able to maintain positive professionalism in the face of tight deadlines and competing priorities.Extensive experience providing support at the C-suite level, as well as providing high-level governance support and liaison with Boards and Committees.Technologically savvy with an advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint; as well as experience using Board management software.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.A solutions-focused working style, able to complete tasks (and changing objectives) autonomously, collaborating effectively and proactively flagging potential risks/barriers to task completion.You will have a current NSW driver's licence and a willingness to travel as well as flexibility to work out of hours as part of this role.Successful candidates will be required to obtain a Working with Children Check and a National Police Check.How To ApplyTo be considered for this position please apply now with your resume directly through the advertisement.
