What this opportunity involves:
Working onsite with one of our government clients in Canberra, this role plays a pivotal role in providing authentic service experiences that bonds the relationship between JLL, our client and their guests. This role is administration heavy as well as Receptionist duties welcoming employees and visitors with genuine hospitality and thoughtful services.
You will be joining a dynamic team, passionate about delivering innovative integrated facility and property management solutions, enabling safe, efficient, functional, and sustainable practices.
Here's a snapshot of what will keep you busy:
* Assist in financial administration/processes for 60+ properties across the portfolio.
* Create a comfortable, welcoming and hospitable experience for employees and their guests.
* Handle internal & external calls and correspondence.
* Administration support to the FM Operations team.
* Foster a sense of community and create happiness at work for our team, our client and their guests.
* Deliver concierge service with local expertise and insider knowledge.
* Manage conference/meeting room bookings.

You’ll ideally have experience in general Workplace administration and coordination, and able to bring a ‘Customer Service A-Game’ to JLL.
* Prior experience Accounts Payable/Receivable.
* Good computer skills in Microsoft Suite programs.
* Ability to meet tight schedules and deliver high quality of work.
* High level of communication, interpersonal skills and attitude towards the customer.
