We're seeking a dynamic Principal Consultant with a passion for designing and facilitating transformative leadership solutions to join our established Mid Market portfolio. Reporting to Director Vanessa Powell, this is an opportunity to work with a wide range of clients, further developing your leadership development consulting career whilst continuing to grow the impact of our business.
Responsibilities:
1. Create Innovative Leadership Solutions: Build cutting-edge, differentiated and commercially astute solutions that deliver outcomes tailored to our clients’ needs. Own the design and build of these solutions end to end – from concept to delivery.
2. Deliver High-Impact Leadership Development: Facilitate leadership development experiences across all levels of leader working alongside a broader team. These experiences are all highly immersive, delivered both face to face and virtually. They span our offering set and could range from 0.5-1-day leadership teaming sessions and masterclass series to transformational leadership experiences across 6-12 months.
3. Build Strong Client Partnerships: Own client engagements as a project lead, ensuring programs of work deliver on client outcome and to budget. Build and nurture client relationships by creating and delivering impactful solutions that unlock new opportunities within accounts.
4. Contribute to Revenue Growth: Leverage your subject matter expertise to design compelling solutions for proposals, bids, and tenders, collaborating and working alongside Portfolio Directors and Project Sponsors.
About You:
1. 5+ years: Experience in a market-facing consulting role (with business development/account growth, solution design and facilitation).
2. Exceptional solution design and facilitation skills: Proven track record of designing and facilitating impactful and commercially sharp solutions that drive client outcomes.
3. Client-centric: Obsessed with understanding client needs and outcomes, designing and delivering solutions that deliver tangible results.
4. Ambitious and resilient: You are energised when tackling complex challenges and pushing the boundaries of what's possible, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
5. A collaborative powerhouse: You excel at co-creation, fostering a team environment where everyone's voice is heard.
