**Job Description**
The Sales Coordinator role is a combination of sales support and administration in a fast-paced environment. You will be part of a high-performance team ensuring top-quality customer service.
This entry-level position suits confident graduates or individuals early in their media career with excellent attention to detail and a passion for working in a dynamic industry.
**Responsibilities**
Support the Sales Team across all sales activities
Assist with building campaign proposals
Create and run relevant reports (e.g., MOVE, Fusion, Agile)
Liaise with clients on campaign site lists and photography agreements
Communicate with Trading & CTU to build campaign site selections and prepare advertising contracts
Provide sales team with post-analysis of advertising campaigns
Assist Account Managers with Salesforce opportunities updates and closing
Track bonus delivery agreed for campaigns set by salespeople
**Requirements**
Solid Administration skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work unsupervised
Customer service orientation
