As a key player in our kitchen, you will be responsible for crafting and presenting a variety of exquisite pastries and desserts that align with our high standards of quality and creativity. About You: You’ll be part of a dynamic team with extensive industry experience, ranging from world-renowned bakeries and patisseries to Michelin-starred restaurants. You will bring: At least 4 years of experience in fine dining or high-end patisserie, with 2 years in a senior or leadership pastry role. A deep appreciation for the art and beauty of patisserie. Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of guiding and mentoring a diverse pastry team. A creative mindset and the ability to turn innovative ideas into reality on the plate. Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills. A passion for making items from scratch and a thirst for continuous learning. A commitment to Food Safety & Hygiene best practices.
