Your sourcing and talent attraction expertise will design and deliver multifaceted, innovative sourcing strategies that have business impact You will be responsible for: - Leading a team of talent acquisition professionals in delivering sourcing strategies and capability across multiple talent segments - Partnering with business leaders and peers to explore solutions and deliver sourcing outcomes - Evolving our sourcing capability now and for the future by anticipating and addressing future skilling needs, proactively planning and delivering at scale - Establishing and maintaining networking connections with recruiters, HR Crews / teams and the broader business to surface opportunities and resolve challenges - Ensuring risks are identified and managed - Monitoring and reporting for sourcing activity - Develop the strategic sourcing capability of team members - Contribute to the investment in Strategic Sourcing and Talent Communities as future ways of working for Talent Acquisition We're interested in hearing from people who: - Have a passion for optimising the employee experience and supporting delivery of innovation in recruitment - Lead and motivate team members to achieve great outcomes - Bring an agile mindset and experience in executing against strategy - Can engage with a broad range of stakeholders, building relationships and networks - Have a learning mindset and will encourage growth in others through self-exploration and learning - Have strong problem solving and execution ability - Can confidently use multiple data sources to inform insights and recommendations
