We are currently looking for our next superstar to join us as our full time Conference & Events Operations Manager reporting directly to the Director of F&B. Your duties will include but are not limited to: Overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, bar, catering, room service, and banquet services. Ensure that all F&B areas are clean, organized, and prepared for service. Monitor the quality of food and beverage service to ensure customer satisfaction. Ordering and managing inventory, tracking waste, reducing overstock, monitoring stocks, and ensuring cost-effective operations. Collaborate with event coordinators and chefs to ensure successful execution of banquets and events. Coordinate with other departments to deliver seamless service during events. Report to the Director of F&B on operational matters and provide regular updates. Maintain clear and effective communication between F&B departments and other hotel departments. #J-18808-Ljbffr
